Re-entering as an independent contractor, I\u2019ve chosen to remain working within the maritime freight & logistics industry, as I still find it extremely satisfying. It\u2019s the highly organisational structure of this sector and its people that I enjoy. Two key things push the right buttons for me – People + Process. The variety of businesses, the cargoes, colleagues, and customers, continue to provide colourful insights and ever stimulating diversity to my working week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With skill sets firmly focussed on building relationships, adding value, as well as mentoring and supporting colleagues, I deliver. I also aspire to encourage newcomers and youth into the logistics industry. To inspire those already working within it to continue to want to and for these experienced operators to share their knowledge and experience too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
